Lined Paper, Pencil and Eraser Tutorial

Hi, today I will teach you how to make lined Paper, pencil and eraser.

Ok, first open a new canvas 800×800
Now use Rectengular Marquee Tool to create a white rectangle
Once you’re done, apply a gradient on it

Now we’re going to make a pattern, so open up a new document 1×20
Fill the background with white, and rest with blue


Now define it as pattern, Edit – Define Pattern – Ok
Now apply that pattern on rectangel and put blending on multiply
You should get something like this


Use eliptical marquee tool to delete some parts of the paper

Now we’re done with paper, now we will make a pencil.

Open a new canvas 600×600
Use pen tool to create a shape


Now, we will apply layer adjustments on each part of pencil(right click on layer – blending options)


Now apply these setting on this little part


Now, these settings before eraser on the pencil


Settings on body of the pencil


Now, eraser on the pencil


Now, little shiny effect on the pencil, use pen tool to create it, then Filter – Blur – Gaussian Blur – 2%, put layer opacity to 40%


We’re done with pencil


Now, we will create eraser

Use pen tool to get this shape and apply this color #6d7066


Use Burn tool and make something like this, burn it from left side


Now, use Dodge tool and dodge it from right side


If you want, put text on it.


Now put pencil and eraser on the lined paper, and use text tool to write something
And you’re done
