Glossy Icon Photoshop Tutorial
Today we’ll learn how to make glossy icon in photoshop.
Open up a new canvas size 600×450 and fill it with any color.
Use Elipse Tool 
and create a shape.(make sure you have selected this options) 
Right click on shape layer and select blending options, apply gradient on it.
Duplicate main shape layer(CTRL+J) and resize it(hold Alt+Shift)
Blending options to cpy shape layer and apply gradient
Duplicate “copy shape” layer.
Hold Alt and Shift keys and resize with mouse.
Blending options and apply gradient.
Apply Drop Shadow on “copy shape”
Draw this shape inside of the “copy shape 2″ and apply a gradient on it.
Now create a shape like shown in a picture.
While new shape layer is selected, Ctrl+Click on thumbnail of the main shape layer and go to Select-Inverse-Delete. Put blending to soft light and opacity 22%.
Create a shape with rectengular marquee tool and fill it with black.
Filter – Render – Lens Flare
Now, resize it like that or save this image if you can’t make this.
Change blending to Color Dodge and place it on sound logo(delete with eraser things you don’t like)
Duplicate this effect and rotate it and place it somewhere on the sound logo.
Create a couple of elipse shapes and change blending to overlay and normal.
You can use this image as a effect(it’s white and probably you won’t see anything but it’s here 
)
Use brush tool 
and use this color #bdeef4, brush on the blue area and change blending to overlay.
Now use rectengular marquee tool and linear gradient tool(white to transparent) to get this effect(delete with eraser corners)
Place it in the middle of the “copy shape 2″ layer and change blending to overlay
Blending options to sound logo layer.
Apply drop Shadow
Create gradient map black to white and change blending to Luminosity.
New layer – Apply Image – Ok
Filter – Render – Lighting Effects
You’re done
