Open up a new canvas size 250×379 and place this image.
Create new layer and fill it with #484645 color and put blending to Color Dodge, opacity 50%
Another layer with #5d3b61 color, blending Color Dodge, opacity 50%
Use my smudge textures and put blending to linear dodge and place them well.
Also, you can use other textures from my packs.
Create a new layer and fill it with black color.
Use brush tool and brush with darki blue and dark purple color.
It should looks like this.
Put blending to Color Dodge, opacity 100%.
Put some fractals and space effects from packs.
Work on depth, blending and add stroke if you want.
